How to remove the flat push rivets?

How do I remove these plastic flat push rivets? Trying to get the black plastic piece under the windshield off to do a deep clean and protect wipe down.

There's squeeze tabs under the cowl lip. They're a bit of a PITA... I took that plastic piece off so the guys replacing my windshield didn't mess it up trying to rush the job and those clips were easily the hardest part of the process.
