Got Egged, what do I do ?
Hey guys , I recently got egged while parked at my friends house and I noticed I have a terrible scratch on the paint now , what is the best way to go about repairing this ? The upload wasn't working for me so here the link to the picture of the impact scratch. http://imgur.com/xwi7MWZ

I know what you should do. Try and find the kid that did this and shove an egg down his throat. Tell him that he/she forgot it and you wanted to make sure it was returned to the rightful owner. People have no respect for property nowadays.
Based on the picture, I can't tell if the paint is flaking off or if it is marring. Is there missing paint?

take it to a detail shop/auto body shop. perhaps you can claim insurance if the damage is to the paint which would require body shop work. if only needs detailing find out cost and if it's expensive maybe insurance claim. let the pros take a look at that. i would find out who egged your car then egg them back....opps, did i say that out loud! LmaO!

id put a claim in regardless, its a comp claim so you should have a low deductible and it will not increase your rates. its a straight forward vandalism claim call them up and have them pay for it.
