Turn Signals Blink Extremely Slowly

On my 14 Limited BRZ, my turn signals blink very slowly. I've heard of Hyperflashing but never heard of the opposite. I have stock bulbs in the turn signals, front and rear. I only had the car for two weeks so I know its covered under warranty its just my work hours coincide with all three Subaru dealerships by me, I'm off on Saturdays but all three said Saturdays is just for oil changes and inspections and I cant take a day off for a couple of weeks because of how busy we are.
Has anyone had this problem before? It seems like a bad flasher in my opinion Subaru sells it for $45.00 I think I'd be willing to buy it and just fix it myself if anyone here can confirm hats the problem. Thanks.

Have you compared it to another to see if they are the same? Wouldn't want to spend the money just on a guess and then find out it is normal.

The turn signal relay is a grey box 2"x3" under the dash I believe above to drivers left. Just turn the signal on and you locate it. give it some sharp taps like from a screwdriver handle. Could be a stuck contact. You can get an LED signal relay for like $10-15 on amazon.

As a young un' who's still relatively new to cars, i'm still amazed at what kind of products are out there. Blinker fluid is an actual thing. Blinker fluid. What.
