My RS 1.0 into 1/24 plastic model build thread

So i had an idea of having a plastic model which looks exactly same as my real life RS 1.0 but obviously with TRD kits and other accessories made that idea impossible to duplicate my car into the model But i came across to the trd kit which made my idea come to life so i started to build my car

Here is the process and ill keep it updated as i go

Just wondering, where did you find the TRD kit/other accessories for this model kit?

Me too! I have the Aoshima kit with the full engine that I will be doing this winter. It has all the parts to do an actual FRS but not a RS1.
I build about 10 models (military not cars) a year and actually have competed so my finished version will not be pristine and new looking but will show all the wear, dirt and damage my real one does.

More this than new:

Wow you have some skills to build models... Those military kits are way harder than regular car models because i cant paint them to look like they are used and rusted

The Aoshima kit I showed comes with both RH and LH drive. Like I said it does an actual FRS with all the appropriate parts and badging as options. It also is available in the RB set up.

Air brush and years of practice.
I look forward to your build. Where did you find the RS1 parts? Are they plastic or resin?

Seriously! Thats funny how You know about it! What i have learned after numerous times of failure i always apply clearcoat before working on window sealing because if i happen to mess up its easily peeled off with a toothpick lol!
