AT oil cooling line, which is in and which is out?

Hi all -

I'm trying to put together a oil cooler for AT, and need to know which line is which.

Searched service manual and didn't find the answer, do you know which line oil comes out and which line oil returns?

Thanks,
Derek

Is this for engine oil or transmission fluid? If you're adding an engine oil cooler wouldn't you just use a sandwich plate under the filter?
