Trans play after header/overpipe install?

Just had a shop I trust install my HKS EL header and Motiv overpipe, and I think I'm noticing more play in the shifter under harder acceleration. It moves quite a bit now. Would they have had to remove any transmission mount to install those pieces? Just trying to decide if I'm crazy or if it's actually moving more now. Thanks!

They may have lifted the engine to do the overpipe install. Don't need to do anything with the transmission as far as I'm aware

No reason whatsoever the transmission would've been affected...

All that extra power throwing the engine/tranny around! Just kidding... maybe you just didn't notice how much the shifter moves? Is it all stock mounts/bushings?

It very well be that I didn't notice it before, but I'm also getting a bit of a clank under hard acceleration. Motor mount may be suspect. Everything is stock. We'll see! Thanks for the help, everyone.

Definitely check the motor mounts if you're getting a clank!
