USB not responding

I spent over an hour searching the forum but not found anything relevant to this particular issue.

I have a 2015 FR-S with the dealer installed Bespoke Audio/NAV unit. This unit is supposed to be able to backup phone contacts to a USB stick and play MP3's from a USB stick. Also, of course, it should interface to an iPhone through the USB. My USB interface appears to be completely dead. I have tried four different USB memory sticks (all 4GB or less) and gotten no response. The AUX interface works, and Bluetooth audio works fine with my Android tablet. The memory sticks work in my 2011 Camry just fine, so I am thinking something didn't get plugged in properly when the dealer installed the radio.

I have my 7500 mile service tomorrow and will have the dealer check this out, but is there anything else I can do or direction you can point me in?

Have you tried charging anything with the USB? Perhaps it was left unplugged when the dealer installed the Bespoke unit. The USB connection also needs to be moved from the standard HU plug into the Bespoke unit below the HU, maybe that wasn't done when it was installed.

Just got back from the dealer. The actual USB interface on the dash was broken. They replaced it. All is fine now! Many thanks. At least it was not my imagination. While I was there, they flashed newest firmware into the HU. Supposedly better iPhone support (not that I care since I am a smartphone Luddite!)
