Smile IDEA's to increase HP/TQ without FI while maintaining performance

Any idea's to start increasing HP/TQ ??like bolt on parts,ecu tune,weight reduction how to start?Thanks for any input

so far

Headers, tune, drop in filter, pulleys, catback exhaust, lighter rims, lighter brakes, higher octane gas and a couple of stickers. $6000 spent to remove the torque dip and probably +20 horsepower. I didn't say I was smart.

Use OFT total cost $500 for aprox 20hp gain stock car.
