Let's have a 'must buy' thread. I know buying products for having a fancy container/sticker isn't the smartest choice; which is why I'm wanting to have this thread. I will keep this post updated with every good recommendation.

Autogeek has a good flowchart on their site:
Mostly focused on exterior: http://www.autogeek.net/detailingtips.html Interior care: http://www.autogeek.net/interior.html I think you've covered pretty much all for exterior things. I would add sealant with wax/polish and microfiber towels. Here's what my kit contains so far (plus short mini-reviews and also more info in my journal): 9 sq ft waffle weave drying towel: Great for drying my car after a wash, very absorbant. Need to buy another one wax applicator pads: Must have, it makes waxing much easier Mother's California Gold Pure Brazilian Carnauba Wax Liquid: Looked great, but could be better. I used this as my 'main' wax but will move onto a real paste wax. Chemical Guys Butter Wet Wax: Love the shine! Absolutely brilliant! I put 2-3 layers on top of the Mother's wax and it looks absolutely amazing. Check out my pics in my journal Meguiar's Hot Shine High Gloss Tire Spray: Makes my tires look slick black and cheap. Chemical Guys Hybrid V7 Sealant and Detailer: I can't gauge how well it 'seals', but it's great for spot cleaning and smells really nice. Stoner's Invisible Glass: Wonderful glass cleaner! A bit tough to use, I use use two microfiber towels to dry it in order to not get streaks (the ones that show up when it's humid outside). Also very cheap and makes my windows 'invisible'
