I don't need many apps since I don't have the need while driving. So my apps consist of Torque, Waze, am I'm still searching for a solid music app.

Don't have an Android head-unit, but am using a Nexus 7 mounted using the "Over The AC" mount. I use "Music Visualizer" to play music and "MX Player" to play music videos.

I'd try Winamp. It's a pretty solid app, and I've been using it since I got my first Android phone.

I have also been using power amp! Love the EQ on it. Unlike other apps when you raise the base it does not lower treble or mids.

I just downloaded camonroad app on my android. Going to try it in a day or two. It combines dashcam and augmented navigation.

Using Dash Command, Waze, PowerAmp + Viper for sound, Whitepages is pretty interesting. I can pull up somewhere and see who lives in the homes by where I'm parked and their info. Yelp is always great. Gas Buddy, Tune in Radio since many of the shows I listen to aren't playing locally during my commute. I also use WiFi Analyzer so I can see what I can connect to & download updates freeing up data from my hotspot data plan.
