Fresh out the lot!

Traded my precious evo x for it!

First mod! AMS small battery kit I kept from the evo.

Congrats!!! Curious, but other then the weight you're saving with the smaller battery, any other improvements over stock?

Batt weighs 15lbs. I haven't driven it enough to make a fair assessment but the handling is close but lacks the power obviously. The interior is 10x better than the evos and feels lighter which it should since the evo is 3500lbs. Overall is an affordable and very fun car but its definetly getting boosted later when the aftermarket opens up!

Main reason is that I wanted a more affordable car to help save money but still drive a sportscar. Loved the evo but I'm saving about $400/m including insurance and gas mileage with the BRZ.

Just weight savings really and looks I guess. The evo was a pig so I tried shaving off weight anywhere I could.

Batt weight only 15 lbs. Good upgrade swap! I hate the current weight of typical battery ongoing for half century which is about 30 to 35lbs. Time to change & cut it to half

I've had that batt for about 2yrs now and it survived a winter up here in new England so no complaints here. Just don't leave your car sitting more than a week because that might drain it.
