Vordoven Forme 9 18x9.5 et34

I ordered a set of Vordoven Forme9 in 18x9.5 et34 on black friday. Got an amazing deal as they were still taking preorders. It did take a month for the wheels to arrive, but it was totally worth it.

18x9.5 et34 Vordoven Forme 9 in hypersilver

255/35/18 Bridgestone Turanza ER33 (rubs on uturns, hard turns, and hard bumps. switching to 235/40 today)

ST Coilovers (lowered all the way up front, 13 turns up in the rear. -1.7/-1.9* camber in front -2.7/-2.9* camber in rear)

Looks good! I want a set, but I cant decide between 235/40(slightly tall) or 225/40(slightly stretched) and hyper silver or hyper black on a silver brz. What are you using for camber adjustment in the front? Natural camber in the rear?

I honestly am not sure if the 235/40 will fit yet. I will let you know how it goes. What suspension are you on? The ST coils are slotted so I just used the stock camber bolt and pushed the hub in all the way and tightened it down.

It was a tough choice for me between hyper black and silver as well. Went with silver because it matches the clear lighting everywhere.

Installed mine last week.

18x9.5+34 with 225/40/18s

Suspension: swift springs (stock camber - whatever from the drop)

Front poke is pretty narley but I have zero rubbing issues. Definitely need camber bolts or coil overs to get the fronts to look good.

I have a question for you in particular if you don't mind? I want these rims, the TRD 1 inch springs and run 245/40/18 on all four corners. Will I have a problem with this setup?

I just ordered my forme 9's in this size and I'm going to pick them up next week. Going with that same tire size too. Since I'm already on TRD springs I can update you

Sorry man been laggin on this....

I picked up the rims on Tuesday but haven't had the time to pick up tires yet. Plus I'm debating shaving off 2-3mm on these to give 245/40 a better fit. The sales mgr at Vordoven said 3mm is the max but I'm still a little weary of losing strength in the lug seating. If anyone has any feedback on this please let me know.

So you gotta shave part of the rim for it to work with stock struts and TRD springs? Damn! I refuse to buy a coilover simply because I hate having to rebuild coilovers and to top it off all I want is a 1-1.2 inch drop.
