Impact 24mm.

Leave the belt on. Impact off. replace. Belt back. Impact on = Profit.

Should take like 15 min tops

Does this have anything to do with the squeaking in the Innovate thread? If so, please keep us posted if it resolves the issue!

Yes it is...I might get a new alternator pulley next to see whether that helps. If that doesn't work then I'll look into replacing the factory idler pulleys with either Raceseng pulleys or just OEM ones.

By the way I was looking at the Nuline website and they have Overrunning Alternator Pulleys.

Is it suitable for use on our alternator, and what's the pros/cons of such pulleys versus standard type pulleys?

There's been reports of the idlers wearing out sooner for Raceseng. Anyone hear about the redesign or replacements?

Overdrive pulleys would typically be used if you have an underdrive pulley for the crankshaft. I would not recommend them for use alone as you can create problems with the alternator.
