It probably has computer reflash as well, I mean how you can get 30hp from a hardware bolt on for a none turbo car, that's crazy.

For the upgrades:
Step 1: Exhaust Step 2: Suspension Step 3: I don't know Japanese so I got tired of trying to translate katakana through hunting and pecking, but I think it's weight savings. Seat removal, etc. Muffler is the Amuse R1 titanium. It's like a 4k exhaust... |

Amuse is know for their well tuned ECU. I wouldn't be surprised it the 30hp gain is the combinations of the 2.

I just got back from Taiwan and had a layover in Japan. Bought a RevSpeed magazine at the airport. It came with a DVD and had that white Amuse car in it. It ran Tsukuba circuit in 1 minute 6 seconds. Pretty fast consider that's what STI and Evo runs.

Amuse is all about ECU tuning - always the first mod they do. I can pretty much guarantee that car has an ECU tune.
