Cannot Read Data Logging From OFT

I try to get data log for my MAF Scaling,

But OpenFlash Manager does not respond when I try to read log.

Other features are all fine. Only data logging tab is the problem.

How can I fix it????

Since I bought OFT, reading log data has not worked at all.

I've tried administrator mode, win7, xp and other computers.

Everything i've tried cannot solve it.

Can't say I've seen that problem before. Do you have another computer that you an try? Doesn't matter if it's a desktop of laptop.

I tried Win8 Desktop, laptop and Win7 Laptop...

I think I should try with 32-bit processor

32bit shouldn't make a difference. I run 64bit Win7 and have zero issues. Maybe try right-clicking the OFT manager icon, and 'running as administrator'.

*edit: nvm, just seen you tried that. hmm.

Are you trying to read old log, if so log format may be different between when log was taken and the updated ofm 1.10.
plug oft into car and take new log this will erase old log and take new log in correct format.

other than that out of ideas :-)

What if you try setting your computer to US/English. Maybe it's a localization problem?

Are you sure you have a log file saved on the oft? Make sure you press Start and then Stop. At which time the OFT will give you a message saying that the csv file was saved.

Looks like the computer is running in a Korean language, is that supported by OFT with the template?

Several Korean members have been using well with Korean Windows.
Basically recent OSes do not have difference between languages in theory. All just use unicodes.

There is a formatting bug in the latest version of OF Manager. It only effects Windows 8.x users. It should be fixed within the next 24hrs. Until then you can access datalogging by just pressing the TAB button twice and then press Enter. Same thing has just clicking on the READ button which is now hidden.

Windows 8 thinks its a suspicious file and you need to run anyway.
It installs in a new directory without the ability to install anywhere else.
Formatting Looks good.
