Sprint Kit + RPF1 17x9+35 To spacer or not to spacer?

I know this is really specific, but is anyone running both these popular items without a spacer and tracking? I have a personal hate for spacers and I'm wondering if i can get away with it before i put my kit on next week?

If needed ill get a 2mil slip on spacer.

I think the thinnest spacer available is 3mm. I've got a set of un-used 6mm hub centric spacers if you're interested.

FT86SF's One Lap of America race build is using this exact combo (17x9 +35 RPF1 with AP Racing Sprint BBK) and they claim no spacer is required.

http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...ghlight=spacer

They measured 2.45 mm of clearance here.
