On poll or pole? I saw the #1 Audi was on a pole.

The only thing that will stop Toyota from winning will be reliability like last year. I hope the Porsches can finish and win it though. I saw the backup #1 Audi was crashed as well already.

Di Grassi being a total idiot yesterday:

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1z...-and-lmp2_auto

His stupid driving back to the pits clearly caused the Pegasus crash. I'd send Audi a bill for the $500k tub if I were them!

As for Toyota, there's two things stopping them from winning this year:

1) reliability as mentioned above
2) this: http://www.mulsannescorner.com/RCELeMans2014.html (they're up to their 1998 GT-One tricks again, exploiting loopholes in the regulations)

If Le Mans is as close as the Spa enduro, it'll make for some exciting action.

http://www.fiawec.com/races/6-hours-...nd-chrono.html

Let's hope Toyota isn't caught up in another cheating scandal. You'd think they'd learned their lesson by now.

Audi has fought against faster machines many years at Le Mans and they generally pull it out on strategy, reliability, race pace, and fuel management. That said, I can't wait to see Toyota take them down this year... I think if it weren't for some careless crashes last year, Toyota could have taken it then. Now throw Porsche in the mix and Audi have a lot to worry about. My DVR is set to catch the opening, and I'll be watching most of the rest live.

I am suggesting pole means bugger all in a 24 hour race.

I think the best thing about Le Mans this year, besides the clash of three titan teams, is actually being able to hear Bob Varsha's voice again! He was my favorite US commentator for F1 back when it was on Speed, and I greatly miss his mannerisms and insight. I can't tell you how much I hate Leigh Diffy.
