Whiteline Tie Rod Replacements - More Durable than Stock?

Whiteline makes a replacement tie rod end that is suppose to help correct bump steer on lowered vehicles. While I'm not terribly concerned about bump steer, I would like to increase the durability and steering feel of the car so it doesn't degrade over time.

Would these make a difference in the steering feel in terms of wear over time?
