Help required with Alcon advantage extreme

Sorry guys, need a little help here. I just installed my Alcon advantage extreme kit front and rear but it seems that after bleeding, the front won't spin as freely as before. I put the rims back on, and tried to spin them and there was a tremendous amount of resistance. Can anybody offer advice, or tell me if there's something I can do to fix this please? It feels and looks like the pads are stuck to the rotor, but I'm no expert. Please help. Thank you
