Advantage FRS or Disadvantage BRZ (major concern?) - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

On Saturday I saw a truck with 6 - 8 BRZs in a rest area in Charlotte. We woke the driver and asked him where he was headed and he said NJ. I had a chance to get a good look at the lower front fascia of the car and noticed that the radiator was visible (exposed) through the black louvers. All the pictures and videos I saw of the BRZ never revealed this important detail. I did not like the view. It seems to me that pebbles, small flying objects, bugs, dirt can easily get caught on the radiator. Even though I feel that the black, plastic honey comb grill on the FRS feels cheap it does not expose the radiator like the BRZ. Major concern?

simple solution just wrap the entire front of the car in plastic wrap

....no air= no bugs
