Soooooo.....IF I stay NA, what is a realistic number to shoot for if I did the following:
Intake Header with cats Complete Exhaust with Cats and Resonator ECU-Tek Programming I understand the AT's lose about 10hp at the wheels to the Manuals so that being considered, could I get to 190 at the wheels? 230bhp? While I am sure some of you have gone with full bolt on's I haven't seen posts by anyone with AT, full bolt on's and programming. Sorry if I missed it. I know dyno's and opinions vary but I am trying to establish some realistic goals to acheive by summer. I know 6k will get me FI but I am leaving that off the table for now. Thanks |

On a Basic NA setup with the following parts:
Revworks UEL Headers Injen Intake Invidia N1 Catback AVO Overpipe J2 Catted front pipe Stage 1 NA Tune got me around 178WHP If your talking about more realistic, then the only way to get to 190+ is by going FI. AT's lose more than just 10hp vs manuals. Alot also depends on the tuner and fuel quality. here is my dyno sheet with above setup |

![]() Here's my Dyno sheet when my car was NA. Mods were revworks header, overpipe, testpipe, JDM TRD exhaust, HKS premium suction intake. We did a Dyno day with around 8 cars, 3 were ATs and we confirmed that the ATs were down 10whp from the MTs. That said, the MTs baselined around 155-160whp stock and the ATs baselined 140-145whp stock. After tuning almost everybody went up almost 20whp. But the ATs were still down 10whp.

For some reason the Dyno numbers here always read lower than what you guys get over there. Must be the heat or humidity we have here.

Wow talk about variances in baseline's, sheesh. So aither way it looks like 20whp is max to be expected after all those mods and a tune, probably around 230 at the crank. Losing 50hp to the wheels is really bad, maybe it is just the nature of the beast. My current car is 335is which is notoriously underrated and put a healthy dose to the wheels (I know, I know not fair..). Looks like boosted may be the only way.

Hot damn I had no idea we lost so much power...Ide be ok with 185ish NA but wouldn't even bother if I couldn't reach that without a miracle.
How much do you think a drop-in + catless front pipe would make on 93oct? |

At least you're not high altitude.... At 4500ft I'm down another 15-20 HP from stock. So my manual is as slow or slower than an auto.
