Trunk size/dimensions?

Anyone know the exact specs of the trunk? I'm trying to buy the biggest possible dog cage that will fit in the trunk long-ways (as opposed to sideways) WITHOUT putting the seats down.

I'm currently looking at cages around 30L x 21W x 24H but I don't know if that will fit.

I'm mostly interested in how deep the trunk is more than it's width; because I would like to fit the cage longways instead of sideways taking up the whole trunk.

Vacuum pack the dog.

Kidding. :-)

Did you find this page already? Not sure if it's quite the right thing.

I can usually fit about 1-2 decently sized bodies in the trunk with a can of gas.

Limit is going to be height. I believe it's 15"

BRZ trunk is funny because it is proportioned the same as a normal car trunk, it's just smaller in every dimension. So it looks normal until you start loading it up with stuff.

Scroll halfway down or ctrl+f "measurements" and there are all the dimensions

Garage
If you remove the carpet, foam leveling blocks and the spare, you may be able to get another 5 or 6 inches vertically.
Find a space saver spare or throw it in the back seat?

Goggie in the dark? How does he brace adequately? Flop around?
Put down some visqueen for the barfs. Rhino Line the trunk?

Skip the crate and get a hammock for the back seat. I've used one for years and haven't used a crate since. I'm in the process of making a custom hammock for the car too because of the limitations that come along with having 2 less doors.

Remove the rear seat cushions and then put a chicken wire screen behind the front seats.

Shit, no room for matches? Tight squeeze :\

Probably going to look into a Bentley instead, Should I start a "vs. Bentley Continental" thread?
