Trunk Dimensions?

I want to fabricate a sub box & put it into the spare tire area. Has anyone taken the time to pull out the spare tire & other stuff in the trunk & measure the dimensions? I want to make a false floor and raise it to the level of the bottom of the rear seat opening. This should give me enough clearance for 2 8's and the amps. I would do it but it's pouring here. I just thought about it on the way home, so if no one has does this I'll try to tomorrow.

Assuming you are going to remove the spare, you won't need to raise the floor. There is enough airspace in the tire well for two 8's. Then remove the foam at the front, and put your amp there.

Yeah, I was going to remove all the foam and make a false floor. The reason I mentioned raising the floor is the 8's have a mounting depth of about 5-5.5"

Well, I can tell you that the foam inside the spare is around 4.5" thick. So add another 2-3" (at least) for the spare (floor to hub), and you'll have plenty of room.

Bringing this back from the land of the dead. Can someone please give me the trunk dimensions? I'm designing an enclosure for the front of the trunk area (under the package tray) and need the width, height, and top and bottom depth from the back of the rear seat to the trunk opening! I would get it myself but I'm deployed. Again.

Thanks in advance!

The link does help, thanks! The only measurements left that I need are the depth from the back seat (top & bottom) to the opening.
