Front Brake Caliper Piston Rebuild?
Well I noticed the other day when I was swapping my track pads for the street pads that the drivers side inboard pad had some serious longitudinal tapering, about 3.5/32" difference from leading edge to the trailing edge. I then noticed the leading edge piston seemed a little difficult to compress when I went to compress the pistons, so I am figuring the caliper pistons need to be serviced.
Anyone know if the caliper pistons can be serviced/rebuilt, and if so, any DIYs out there? |
