Radiator replacement

Mines busted, started leaking from somewhere on it.

Now the question is...do I go with the stock one or aftermarket.

If so what do I want that will fit the OEM holes.

Agreed and while your at it might as well upgrade to the silicone radiator hoses too. I got a Venair set for 140 online.

WTH? How long have you had your car and what was the mileage at the point of failure?

Pretty sure I broke it. Was putting a new neck hose on and kinda wiggled the raditor back and forth and must have done something to it.

I busted mine two months ago when some debris hit it and busted it. I replaced it with the mishimoto rad from Evasive. A new stock one was going to be $400 and the Mish was $300. I drove to FL and back on it, and it has done well.

Yeah, very good build quality. Beautiful welds. The oem rad really is crappy. Plastic and paper thin.

Glad to hear your happy with it! Our radiator is more than twice as thick as stock, and adds 46% more cooling capacity. Plus it's all aluminum and comes with our lifetime warranty.

Thats a race setup, it will over cool in the midwest winters.

Stick with OEM, Koyo or Mish, if they will honor lifetime warranty.

I got the Koyorad radiator for ft86speedfactory.com in the Spring of this year and am very impressed with the build quality. It also is quite a bit bigger than stock, which is never a bad thing. The welds on it were perfect and I liked that it eliminated the plastic connections and mounts of the stock radiator. I have had zero problems with it and am glad I got it. Here is the link: http://ft86speedfactory.com/koyo-rad...s-brz-236.html
