Radiator replacement
Mines busted, started leaking from somewhere on it.
Now the question is...do I go with the stock one or aftermarket. If so what do I want that will fit the OEM holes. |
Robispec with built in oil cooler :)
|
Agreed and while your at it might as well upgrade to the silicone radiator hoses too. I got a Venair set for 140 online.

Price with links please.

Won't warranty cover you?

Pretty sure I broke it. Was putting a new neck hose on and kinda wiggled the raditor back and forth and must have done something to it.

I busted mine two months ago when some debris hit it and busted it. I replaced it with the mishimoto rad from Evasive. A new stock one was going to be $400 and the Mish was $300. I drove to FL and back on it, and it has done well.

Fit well? |
Yeah, very good build quality. Beautiful welds. The oem rad really is crappy. Plastic and paper thin.

Stick with OEM, Koyo or Mish, if they will honor lifetime warranty. |
I got the Koyorad radiator for ft86speedfactory.com in the Spring of this year and am very impressed with the build quality. It also is quite a bit bigger than stock, which is never a bad thing. The welds on it were perfect and I liked that it eliminated the plastic connections and mounts of the stock radiator. I have had zero problems with it and am glad I got it.
