Hot side of radiator?

Hey guys. Is the hot side of the radiator down low on the drivers side or up high on the passenger side? I think I know but just wanted to confirm. I am thinking of doing a liquid to oil cooler and am trying to plan things out.

The engine will suck from the low side and blow into the high side.
