boot lip install problem
just got a carbon TRD style bootlip off ebay. its not the genuine stuff, and it does not seem to fit perfect. used 3m tape to tape it down but there are some small areas where theres gaps. does it matter? as air mite get thru and rip the whole thing off? or should i seal it up. or perhaps redo the whole installation with urethane glue?
cheers |

You don't need to have continuous tape, but it should be flush all the way along. Any loose bits and it could come flopping off.
