Bluetooth Backup camera
Hi guys,
Been looking in the DIY section about the backup camera for the BRZ or FRS with navi, it seem simple enough conceptually, but a lot of work physically, (taking off the head unit, lay the camera wires from the front of the car to the trunk, and other removals of car parts). So I thought, maybe there's a backup camera that is "bluetooth-ready", or a kit that can integrated into our factory setup to get our backup camera work with minimal modification, anyone has tested or found a good kit? here's what i found on ebay, not sure how good it is, but technology is already out there, thoughts? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Car-Bluetoot...item2ebfbb4215 I want one that also has the front camera, which can be a dashcam recorder, its like 3 birds with one stone..... |

Just get a wired one. Especially in a car like this where running the wire is VERY easy. Quality of picture and knowing it will always work is worth running the wire.

It's really not that hard of an install. The only funky part for me was running between the trunk and the back seat, and most of that was just not having a good angle to access it from. Running through the trunk lid, trunk, rocker panel, and dashboard is a piece of cake.
