Sound deadening to make the cabin quieter on the highway?

I searched and couldn't find anything, so apologies if this is a repost or in the wrong section.

I am starting to do a lot of highway driving in the BRZ and I find the cabin gets pretty loud on the highway. I wanted to look into doing what I can to make it a little quieter so it's more pleasant for long highway trips.

Where should I start looking for this? I didn't see any guides, and I'm hesitant to waste time and money putting stuff where it isn't needed. What kind of material should I use, and where should I put it? I'm more concerned with reducing road and wind noise than I am with improving sound quality (the stereo sounds fine to me, the car's just so loud that I need to crank the volume all the time), and most of the info I've found so far is aimed just towards insulating behind the door speakers to improve sound. I'm fine if improved sound is a side effect, but I really want to tackle the road and wind noise, to make highway trips a little more pleasant.
