Whiteline Camber bolt install

Got the 16 mm bolts and it appears the struts have to notched to get them to go in. Anybody who has done this install know differently?

I had to shake mine (the shock) a little when putting it in. Make sure you get an alignment afterwards.

Got them in. Just took a little finesse as suggested. And aligned it with 1.2 degrees of negative camber which I am happy with
