Thumbs down Front alignment woes

Here's the situation .. I have my car on HSD coilovers with camber plates as well as whiteline KCA416 16mm upper camber bolts.

The car is not very low, no hellaflush action and I CANNOT get more than -2.0 camber in the front. I need 2.5 badly. It seems I am running out of options. The camber plates and the bolts are MAXED.

Anyone had any better luck? The rear is almost no better but I got the desired alignment with my Cusco LCA's.

@robispec can help if you want to keep your current ride height.

Have you considered lowering more? You'll get more camber (to a degree).

We had no problem hitting -3 with our Tein SRCs, and we still have room to get more.

New coilovers?

I run stance and get about -4 degrees camber and I can still move the two inner Allen bolts in further for more

I can go lower but I do not want to. I am losing too much suspension travel then, and the wheel will probably hit the inner fender when auto-crossing.

Are your camber plates installed on the correct sides? How much are you dropped?

The bolts alone should already have you at more than -1

My guess is your plates are on backwards like the other guy. He had HSDs as well...maybe they're marked incorrectly? Can you take a pic?

not try to bring this off topic but is there a different between left/right the stock top hat? What about the orientation of the stock hat (red dot facing some direction?)

If I remember correctly(99% sure I just haven't looked myself yet) the fronts are Mac style struts right? If so you can get rid of the camber bolt and slot the top hole on the strut that bolts to the knuckle and reinstall the stock bolt. Bit more labour intensive and a bit more of a pain to set up but it works. Just another option if you are correct and everything is installed right.

I agree with the folks that think something is fishy here. I've got stock springs and struts in front, but use two camber bolts per side (OEM in the top hole, SPC in the bottom) and have about -2.3 degrees.

No camber plates or lowering needed.

i got to -1.4 on bolts alone (dialed it back to -1.1) and i'm only lowered 1.4 inches. to think that camber plates can only get another 0.6 doesn't seem right at all...

Pics look good. I am also convinced you reversed the install of the camber plates as another person did.
