new rim/tire. question about bolts pressure? and etc

Hello All --

After my first two days of autocross Saturday and yesterday, I decided to proceed with my first upgrade. I will be picking up a set of 17x7 Black Painted Enkei Racing RPF1 wrapped in 235/40R17 Dunlop Direzza ZII later today.

This should keep me in my class...however I am need to get one of those bolt torque machine to take my bolts off and that thing that measures how much pressure is being put on the bolts.

So how much pressure am I suppose to put on my bolts?
Sorry I am not very knowledgeable on this but any help would be appreciate it.

bolt torque machine - You mean a torque wrench?
And I'm curious, why RPF1 in stock wheel width?

It looks like he is trying to stay in stock class, which means his wheels must maintain OEM diameter and width and the offset has to be within 6 mm of OEM.

If he increases either the diameter or the width of the wheel with the width <= 9", he will be bumped into STX. My preference for street tire is to run in STX this year as the STX pax (.827) is better than the CS pax (.834).
