Having issues with car going into limp mode and turning on tcs

Not sure why,
I have a little obd elimination dongle (MiG)

Only things I added were solid state kill switch
Aim mxp data logger to replace solo2 DL (also plugged into obd)

It’s weird. It goes into limp mode, sometimes it comes out. No issues with temps. I tried unplugging the aim and it still went into limp mode after I hit the rev limiter.

Any ideas?
Has anyone seen issues with an aim dash causing obd isssues?

Scan codes?

Stuff plugged into OBD often leads to comm errors due to poor pin contact or conflicting data streams

man, so what an adventure.

apparently an EVAP code will cause the car (intermittently and randomly) go into limp mode.

Sheesh. Well, we are back in business.
