Water Spots

I left my car under a covered parking for three weeks while I was underway and I came back and the hood was full of hard-in water spots!

Do you guys have any product recommendations or home remedies?

Chemical guys water spot remover, use gloves, eye protection and work in well ventilated area. It applies like soap, but it's acid base like vinegar only stronger. Work a small section at a time going over it several times with your wash media after you've washed the car.

Use plain distilled white vinegar. Spray it on and let it soak for several seconds, then wipe off with microfiber towels. You might need a few treatments. If they are still visible after that, try a clay bar on it. Follow up with a thorough washing and good waxing with a quality brand wax.
I use Mequiars products, but I'm sure 10 different people will have at least 6 different recommendations.
