Ragged on start up

2014 FR-S, Stage 2 OFT, E85 fuel, ESC. Fuel usually tests right at 85%. This setup has been fine for 10,000 miles or so, but lately started stumbling and quits on the first cold start attempt. Always starts on the second push but runs ragged for the first couple seconds then OK. No other problems evident. I was planning to change the plugs until reading some comments about 100K or more on plugs. Right at 60K now and I'm suspecting maybe spark plugs or fuel filter. ???

Fuel filters cause issues at WOT. OFT is not know for its E85 cold start abilities. The ones reporting 100k on plugs are stock. When you up the power you wear the plugs faster. That is a good place to start. A log of the start may help some.

Switched from E85 to 93 just to test. Starts right away and smoothly now.

I have a flex fuel kit. When I lived in Nor Cal and ran E85 I always got fuel at 87-85%. Even in Cal, in winter, it would start harder. I would put a bit of premium with the E85 to lower % a bit and it would solve the problem.

When I say cold in Florida its all relative. We had a couple of 40 degree nights and then back to 70. It didn't change the starting situation. Now running 93 and it starts normally. I hadn't checked for a while, but what I was getting ran right at 85%.
