enkei suggestions and size help

I have narrowed it down to a few wheels the ESM 004 Enkei RPF1 and Enkei SR6. If anyone has a better suggestion on a wheel with similar styling or maybe one thats better price to quality or weight I should consider.

I know the SR6 are heavier then the stock wheel but i really like the look of them in the gunmetal.

I see a lot of cars using the RPF1 and as I am not crazy about the look of them I understand they are light.

the ESM 004 are not usually my style but the pics of the wheels on the FRS just look good but I do not know much about them.

on the SR6 what size tire should I run if I go with 18.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm going for the GTC01's - I think weight wise they're not too bad

The ESM's are a nice quality BBS LM replica but they aren't light. I was going to get them myself but found something else.

What wheels did you go with instead?

My problem is the light weight wheels like the RPF1 are great because of the weight but I am not crazy about the style.

I really dont feel like paying $500 per wheel either.

Found a deal on some 19's, don't really want to say what they are til I get them on. They aren't light either but they are for 19's, 24lbs each the ESM's are 23lbs for 18's.

Wait for the 17x9 +35 RPF1s to come out in 5x100.

I know it's not an 86, but compare 17x9 to 17x8...

17x9 (flat spokes)

17x8 (awkward reverse-concave spokes)

To me, it's night and day. 17x9 look soooo much better. 245/40R17 would be ideal, and would ride a hell of a lot better than 18s!

Are you saying that straight spokes come only with the 9" width ? regardless of wheel height ?

that's nice-to-know 'cause i'm seriously thinking about these but absolutely detest the ones with the curved spokes.
