Bad clutch or transmission?

Need help on determining if I just have a worn clutch or bad transmission
This is my first car I’ve ever modified so pretty ignorant besides what I research through these forums.
Drove to San Diego zoo today noticed on the drive I couldn’t put my car into 6th at all so drove in 5th the entire way never going above 5k rpm but by the time I got to the zoo I noticed a burning smell like a burning clutch
My car is a 13 frs with 90,000 miles, I actually replaced the clutch at Toyota during the throw out bearing ordeal in 2018 i do abuse the clutch, I am running uel header with a tune now since september 2020 not sure if the added torque caused anything to wear out faster as in the clutch or transmission?

I doubt the added torque from the header would be too much for either. Is this the first time the burning smell has come about?

Will it go into 6th if you are coming from 5th, double clutch and hold the shift lever towards the 6th position?

As far as the smell - just driving on a hot day at 5K rpm for that distance may heat the engine up to make strange smells. The clutch should not be "burning" at speed, unless it out of adjustment or the pressure plate is wore out (or the clutch disk itself is worn out).

You stated "i do abuse the clutch". My question is how so?

I'd suggest you check the transmission oil level and check the clutch adjustment.

To test the clutch to get an idea if the disk is worn out - set the emergency brake, put it in second gear, rev the engine to about 3k rpm then slowly let the clutch out. If the engine stalls, the clutch still has life.

Keep us posted.

Tried the test and the engine did stall
Did a test drive was able to get car into 6th gear back to 5th and then back to 6th the burning smell is still there I’m guessing transmission fluid must be low no way of checking it myself can do any car work due to HOA safe bet would be to pick up some motul and take it to a shop?
