Emissions System Readiness

I'm currently due (actually overdue) for a smog check and was wondering which emission systems are directly affected by completely removing the rear (downstream) o2 sensor. The rear o2 sensor bung is currently being occupied by my wideband sensor. Car is tuned by Delicious.

Here in Nevada, I believe we're only allowed 1 emissions monitor "not ready" and just wanted to know if I'll be able to pass smog with the turbo kit on the car if I just reinstall the factory o2 sensor with the CEL disabled by Delicious..

ask Delicious about this, and if you put rear o2 back ask delicious to send you a release with rear o2 enabled just to be sure

I’m planning on asking him anyway but he’s been really busy so it’s taking him a while to respond. I figured that I could ask here to get a quicker response..
