This has been thoroughly discussed all over these forums. Even a very recent one from a few days ago.

Short answer
Either do a swap
Or lower goal to around 400whp and get a built shortblock.

Longer amswer
People have made 700whp, but do you want to make one pull at 700whp and the 2nd or 3rd pull your engine blows up?
Do you want reliability and what is your definition of reliability?

People can claim 500whp+ on a dyno but then never exceed 10% throttle or 3500rpm on the street for 50k miles and Claim to make 500whp+ “Reliably” when they rarely ever actually use that power.
Others make 300whp and blow up at 10k miles but it was 10k miles all track/drag miles at
100% all out.
How it’s used is a big factor.

step 1: load 500 wheelbarrows full of cash.
step 2: find a professional tuner
step 3: give professional tuner all of the wheelbarrows
step 4: wait 6 months
step 5: enjoy your 500hp 2jz fr-s!

I must ask.

Where do you live?

Why do you want your FR-S to produce 500 WHP?

11ty7 interweb rep points.

It's too much power for a reliable track car, and not enough power for time attack.

Still, he should do it, start a build thread, and we can follow it for 2 years, till the project is binned and the car is stripped and the parts sold, that seems the way it typically goes.....typically

Don't forget the tune, you done even need the turbo to get that much HP with a cold air intake. When you tune it just move the RPM limit to 18000 rpm. that will get you the 500HP.
