Boomerang lights on without headlights?

Hi guys, I have a 2014 BRZ and hate the fact that my boomerang lights only come on when headlights are on. Also my fogs only come on with headlights.

Is it possible to have the boomerang lights on without turning on the headlights and also be able to turn on fogs as I please?

I find it hard to believe that the 13s are different but my 13 brz as four options, off, auto(drls) parking lights(drl + boomerangs), on(low beams + boomerangs+fogs). U sure yours is different?

Auto is just a photoeye for 'on', it has no change in how the parking circuit lights up, and the parking light setting will illuminate the boomerangs as part of the marker light circuit.
