Eek! Oil leak

I found a small puddle of oil on the garage floor today. This is what I found when I dropped the pan. Driver side.) I guess I didn't get a pic after I cleaned it up, but everything looked pretty normal. I'll watch it for a week or so, but I don't expect it to fix itself. Anyone have an idea how much trouble I'm in? Warranty expired three weeks ago!

Probably just the front timing cover leaking. Fairly common issue. But I'm not sure how much the fix is.

Mine had the same leak before I took it on for the recall. Upon reassembly, they reseal it and I haven't had it leak since. It had been happening for maybe 6 months, however, I never saw any measurable oil loss. Maybe just keep an eye on it, check the oil level every once in a while and monitor if it changes.

Not that common an issue on a post 13 but depends on when your 14 was built I guess.
Here are the common leaks and how to fix them.

Well you don't get much earlier a 14 than that.

Oh, just put a pan under the car on the garage floor and add oil to the crankcase every now and then.

Well, it's what some of us used to do -

My wrench tells me it could take 8-9 hours to fix! Seems like an awful lot. It's a job I couldn't take on.

What about cleaning the site, and applying some high temp RTV sealant over it?
