Automation car tycoon DEMO

So did anyone else see or try this yet? I was waiting for it but but missed the demo that came out in April. It's basically a demo of just the engine building process where you can build and design a straight 4 engine from the different years' technology. I've been playing it for two days straight and the amount of tweaking you can do is incredible but still simplified compared to what is actually involved. (There's no combustion chamber shapes or sizing/angling of intake and exhaust ports.)

I meant to preorder when I heard about it but now I have to drop the $20.

Yeah. I threw that name in there to be funny while I worked on it but I changed it to something generic later on.

I modeled the torque curve after the FA20 but I used VVT and VVL to eliminate the torque dip. There is nothing "Ford" about it.

Me too! I've been waiting for a car tycoon game like this since I found the old DOS game "Car builder" which was a few years ago now. Very cool classic game BTW. I'm pretty excited this one and it looks good so far. I've already got platinum on all the tutorials.

It's kind of cool that it is still there a bit.

Oops, I knew that. Considering the huge gap I started with though, I'm still proud of the results. Also, it makes good torque. I have a detuned version for 91 octane and it still makes 190HP.
