Misfiring in cylinder 2

So I'll be honest here, I ran too low of e85 % through my car with it tuned for e85, now i've switched back to 93oct and have been getting a constant misfire from Cylinder 2 (it did light up the CEL for P0300/P0302 while on the e85 mix). The CEL doesn't light up anymore but the misfire and slight loss of power is still there and im trying to diag what I may have damaged so I could replace it.
Running OFT tune for 93oct now and Invidia N1 catback. **also get a puttering sound on deceleration**
Plan on listening to the injectors just gotta swing by work and grab my ears. When i got home tonight I was getting quite the chrip from the driver side(cylinder 2 side).
Any Thoughts or advice is welcome. Also the Car has 5k on it and I am trying to avoid an engine pull until I have money for a turbo kit.

have you run through an entire tank of 93 yet?

How is your LTFT and AFR at idle and 2500 rpm?

I have ran through an entire tank of 91/93 already and I'm about 50% of the way through the 2nd. My idle AFR seems to be close to target/ on target. At idle my LTFT/STFT is 1~3% but upon acceleration it'll jump to +10%~

Update 1: Injectors sounds good, but damn are DI injectors loud. the only other idea that comes to mind is a spark plug or coil. rewriting tune ends up with same result.
Also when it first started it only happened at idle, it has gotten worse over time and appeared during normal acceleration.

Usually a misfire code is caused by a coil or spark plug going bad for one reason or another. Odd that it's a 2017 with only 5k...

Neither of those are fun to inspect/replace.

You know the hpfp chirps and that's normal right?

Yes I know the chirps are normal, I looked towards injectors first cuz they just "started being louder" next step is to examine the plug. also the STFT and LTFT were high 10%~ during acceleration, so I had some worry for an injector being stuck.

Not sure how stressing the system could blow a plug or coil though, and I figured it would show up on CEL if it was plug/coil. It's not a dead miss just runs rough and lacks some power.

Figure out what the problem is?

I never really did. Kinda just kept on going with life. the problem seemed to slowly get better over time. it still feels like it misfires a bit but I just haven't had time to dig into that coil/plug yet.

Remove clean and refit the plug to coil pack 2
