Video of rattle from rear deck

This rattle is awful. I have done three fixes suggested for rear deck rattles.

1. Bent the little post on the drivers side

2. Stuck foam into the holes to tighten the deck lid

3. Pushed on the spots in the TSB and sprayed a bunch of lithium grease.

Nothing changed, it's still rattling. Anybody have any ideas? Video below, sorry for crap quality but you can hear it.

Problem is, it comes and goes and the day I had an appointment for Toyota service to check it out, the rattle was silent as the grave. Oh, also the rattle is very clearly coming from the passenger side.

Best way to address this would be to have someone drive your car and sit so you can pin point where it's coming from. It's hard to believe but a rattle can be coming from a totally different spot but heard at another spot. you can also take out the real deck which should be easier to pin point. I had a similar issue and i sprayed wd40 in between every weld. I also stuck a flat head and lifted every welded spot. as you lift the welded areas you can hear it crack similar to the sound you hear in your video. while your back there, add some sound deadening to the shelf. hope this helps
