Frame damaged. What to do?
So some of you guys may have seen my last thread with my sad car trying to find some part numbers. I appreciate all the help.
Well I got the new mirrors and headlights and it's looking pretty nice. Before: https://gyazo.com/58f5f04aab5253656c3e7c5da09d69e2 After: https://gyazo.com/a76bdac8260d51f19c36752cda0c7e72 I am still waiting on my new fenders but when I removed the fender to look at the damaged it was worst then I thought. It is still workable but I am not sure if I can replace anything without welding. Damage under the fender: https://gyazo.com/d1ce0451a357d61ccd97b52cad6c6e87 https://gyazo.com/d1ce0451a357d61ccd97b52cad6c6e87 https://gyazo.com/6256197e26c2e1ff0b4a3b4d83129f4e Does anyone know how bad this is? Am I able to replace any of this frame? There are bolts connecting but I noticed it is also welded together. |

Oh, that does look like it needs work........
![]() I'd suggest you take it to a frame straightening shop for an opinion and estimate. OR You could bring it back to the mainland and Bubba will straighten it out for you ..... ![]() humfrz |

@Joc213 you might need item #4 on this diagram http://scionparts.villagetoyota.com/...category=19377 or #15 or maybe #16 on this diagram. http://scionparts.villagetoyota.com/...category=19377. If neither of those parts look familiar, then you might actually need to fix the part professionally.
Edit: I also suggest to go to a toyota dealership and make sure those are the right parts you need. You might need some welding to fix that and maybe some bending too. |

Ya I don't think I will be bringing it to the mainland. It will be hard to get it fixed here out in the middle of no where lol.

I'm afraid just those parts are not going to cut it, you'll probably need some more of the right front structure as can be found here

Well the right upper corner of the triangle (above wheel wel) is bend pretty bad out of shape and not mentioned in the parts required above. Or maybe it is and I've missed it, sometimes these EPC images can be a puzzle to figur out..

youll need to pull it and replace it. no easy way on this. id recommend sending it to a bodyshop to have it pulled, replaced and lined up.
