super aggressive front splitter? - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

Hi! So I saw the concept one car and fell in love with what looked like a front splitter... more reading and I found that it was actually part of the Varis widebody kit Spec D – VSDC Semi Dry Carbon.

Is there anything similar, if not aggressive and MASSIVE? It fits my boyfriend's personality and 86, and I would love to buy him a front splitter(s) for his birthday!

I can help you get a Varis splitter, if that's what you want. Otherwise, a custom APR splitter will do the trick.

There's this rallybacker front lip+splitter that's pretty aggressive like the varis one

the Velox front splitter with race upgrade and end plates looks pretty aggressive to me. might be another option to look at, though a little on the pricey side for that combo.

if you want a cf one: you can either get a pre-cut APR, custom-cut APR, WASP Composites, or hit up a shop that knows how to lay cf and have them make a custom one for you.

Is it going on a daily driver? You'll be sad the day you hit a curb or parking stop. I made my own out of a special sealed ply.

Looks sweet but that carbon fiber would not last a week with our crappy roads here in the midwest... Another reason why I'll be going velox.

You won't be disappointed with the Velox. But make sure you get the full setup (race upgrade). Getting ANY splitter without a firm attachment to the chassis is stupid and asking for trouble.

It's really just a larger version of the Velox. I meant to mention that in the last post. This is my second version. I had my own shape and everything, but I wasn't too big on the way it was originally mounted so I simply adopted it to the Velox method with the full race upgrade.
