Front Splitter vs Lip

Hey guys, noob question. I was wondering what is the difference between a splitter and a lip, and which one would be better in looks/daily driving.

Thanks!

You don't need a splitter for daily driving.

A splitter is a functional part that will add down force to the front of the car.

A lip is purely cosmetic and is all you need for daily driving

Splitters can increase full economy by reducing drag. Looks department is completely up to the owner... I really like the way the splitter looks. On my way to California the other day I had at least 15 cars slow down while passing to look at the car, and even had 2 people taking pictures. In Cali, the same thing happened.

Of course if you drive on any road surface with more than about 3" of topographic relief the splitter (and even the lip) may be destroyed. Especially if the car is lowered.

Those rods I added myself, however their is a race upgrade coming out soon that will include the rods and all mounting to add the rods for a direct install.
