My friend if you getting those two codes you have other issues like an exhaust leak to stuffed oxygen sensor or sensors not pligged in , wiring issue. http://www.autocodes.com/p2096_subaru.html http://www.autocodes.com/p0137_subaru.html If you have not touched intake my guess would be exhaust leak, always use new gaskets , old ones will always leak. Some cheap headers the flanges are not square or warped this can cause leaks If you used excessive force on o2 sensors they are easily damaged, run a M18 by 1.5 mm pitch thread tap through the header bungs so they screw in easy. The o2 sensors must screw in all they way so ring is not loose. else they dont sit in exhaust flow propery and read incorrectly, or they leak and read incorrectly Untuned you will usually get a p0420 code due catylic converter removal this is normal, but your coded indicate other problems, oft supplied tunes will disable p0420 code, like other tunes, but you have other problems that will not be fixed with tune. |

grey plug goes to grey socket , black plug to blach socket.
The grey plug sensor is primary sensor and must be first one in header exhaust flow closest to engine as per stock header below
