Question How will I know I need an alternator upgrade?

Planning to drop in subs and amp, I know the stock alternator makes 130A, but how will I know how much of the power is used by vital car electronics and how much is left for me to use? Tryna see smaller options before doing a Big 3 Upgrade. I have a Alpine Type R 600W RMS sub, paired with a 938W x 1 @ 4 Ohms Amp with Max wattage of 5000W, planning to use 4 gauge or 2 gauge wiring for power.
